About The Client

Treknology3 was founded in 1992 and has since grown to be the largest up-market bicycle importer and seller in Singapore. The company has exclusive marketing rights for well-known brands such as Trek Bikes, Garry Fisher and more. It has several mega showroom at Jalan Kilang Barat that carries thousands of products and accessories.

The Project

Media Genesis has worked with Treknology3 for over a decade. We designed their initial website, revamped it a few years later and supported the company through ongoing maintenance and search engine optimization (SEO)

Objectives:

• Implement a fully responsive SEO-friendly website with a modern design.
• Show a stunning product marketing video on the header of the homepage
• Set up the site's mega menu (a type of expandable menu in which many choices are displayed in a two-dimensional dropdown layout)
• Improve overall site architecture and navigation to enable easier browsing and a better user experience.
• Redirect old URLs to corresponding URLs on the new website.
• Improve the loading speed of the website.

Support / Maintenance

Media Genesis provides Treknology3 with a formalized post-launch support system for technical, creative and strategic services to keep the new website functional and performing well. This includes:

• upgrade core CMS and extensions
• update content, including the homepage header video and new products.
• ongoing search engine optimization (SEO) that has propelled the site to page #1 of search engine results for over 200 keywords.
